Preliminary Schedule Agreement & Request Form

  • I understand that I am enrolling as a preliminary student for the current semester. This will allow me to post in my classes while I work to finalize my financial aid plan.
  • I understand that I only have until the add/drop day to finalize and accept my financial aid, or I will be withdrawn from classes. Preliminary students are not financially obligated to attend classes prior to the add/drop date.
  • I understand that if course materials are required, I will not be ordering until after my financial aid Award Letter has been reviewed and accepted.
